With a career spanning back to 2009, Jonathan has continually demonstrated his commitment to enhancing the industry.
Previously, he served as the VP of Clinical Outreach for Discovery Behavioral Health, where he played a pivotal role in expanding their reach and impact. Jonathan’s extensive knowledge extends to admissions, organizational development, and growth strategies, having made significant contributions to behavioral healthcare leaders Acadia Healthcare and Recovery Ways.
During his tenure at Discovery Behavioral Health, Jonathan took on the responsibility of overseeing a nationwide team of clinical outreach and referral relations representatives. This team effectively facilitated connections with over 150 treatment programs throughout the United States. His dedication to ensuring every individual receives top-tier clinical services is deeply personal and continues to drive him to make a meaningful difference in this industry.

Erik Engebretson, a seasoned entrepreneur with an indomitable spirit, began his journey co-founding Joe’s Lawn Service, which evolved into Yard Excellence LLC, igniting his entrepreneurial career. With over a decade of hands-on experience, Erik honed his skills from laborer to astute finance manager, navigating business intricacies. His ventures expanded into real estate with Guild Dream Homes (GDH), where he serves as acting CFO, overseeing traditional and extended stay rentals and real estate development projects. Thriving in the mortgage industry as a top 1% producer, Erik also co-founded EME Real Estate Holdings LLC with his wife, managing single-family rental properties. Notably, Erik revived and flourished SS Cigars as EME Cigars, expected to surpass $250,000 in revenue in its first year. As CEO and President of EME Companies, overseeing various ventures, Erik cherishes his role as a family man, father to Eadlyn Marie and Emry Michael, who inspire the company’s name. With an insatiable thirst for knowledge and a passion for sports, Erik stands as a remarkable figure in the world of behavioral healthcare and beyond, driven by unwavering entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to success.

Joe’s strategic prowess in these roles led to substantial growth in program capacities, revenue enhancement, and the achievement of maximum accreditation standards. Known for his innovative approaches and patient-centric strategies, Joe has consistently turned around facilities, fostered team empowerment, and ensured outstanding clinical outcomes, cementing his status as a transformative leader in the healthcare sector.
